Secondary Objectives: * Evaluate the effects of dronedarone versus placebo on left atrial function; * Evaluate the effects of dronedarone versus placebo on left atrial dimension; * Evaluate the effects of dronedarone versus placebo on left ventricular function (LVEF, E, E', A, E/E') * Evaluate the safety and tolerability of dronedarone.
