Secondary Objectives: * To demonstrate the superiority of once weekly injection of efpeglenatide with once weekly injection of dulaglutide on glycemic control. * To demonstrate the superiority of once weekly injection of efpeglenatide with once weekly injection of dulaglutide on body weight. * To evaluate the safety of once weekly injection of efpeglenatide and once weekly injection of dulaglutide.
